Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math themed storytime for 5-7 years old

This monthly STEAM session is designed to bring the scientific method and design thinking to life for children in grades K-3. Read alouds, science demos, & hands on experiments throughout the session will bolster comprehension & spark excitement for new topics. Sessions will also include a learning launch activity, experiment, and resources to extend learning at home.

This is a ticketed event. Tickets are available first-come, first-served at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes before the program begins.

About the branch

First built on its current site in 2000, the Flower Mound Public Library completed a renovation in 2020. This 40,000 square foot facility includes a quiet reading area, seven study rooms, outdoor patios in the Adult and Children’s areas, and a Creation Lab.
