Discover the beauty and resilience of Texas’s native succulents! Join us for an educational morning with Jay Caddel, Tarrant County Extension Agent for Home Horticulture and Texas A&M AgriLife expert. By the end of the program, participants will be able to identify common native Texas cacti and succulent species, gain knowledge of best practices for cultivating and caring for native cacti and succulents, and understand the ecological benefits of using native succulents in landscaping, such as drought tolerance and support for local wildlife.

About the branch
First built on its current site in 2000, the Flower Mound Public Library completed a renovation in 2020. This 40,000 square foot facility includes a quiet reading area, seven study rooms, outdoor patios in the Adult and Children’s areas, and a Creation Lab.
