The Denton County Office of History and Culture will bring its Traveling Museum "Native American Texans" to the Library on Monday, January 30 at 7 p.m. This traveling museum examines the history and migration of six Native American tribes in Texas, with an emphasis on each tribe's culture and lifestyle. The presentation also discusses the impact of European colonization and settlement of Texas on the Native American tribes. This program is appropriate for ages 8 and older, and registration is required.

First built on its current site in 2000, the Flower Mound Public Library completed a renovation in 2020. This 40,000 square foot facility includes a quiet reading area, seven study rooms, outdoor patios in the Adult and Children’s areas, and a Creation Lab.
