A statewide celebration of the first three years of life!
Join us for special activities for ages 0-3, as well as learning sessions for caregivers. Watch this page for more information as it is confirmed!
This program is held in conjunction with Baby Day 2026, a statewide celebration of early childhood hosted by First3Years, the Texas Association for Infant Mental Health.
Registration is not required, but helps First3Years know how many people statewide are participating.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Child Seat Safety Checks provided by Flower Mound Police Department.
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Games and activities for children ages 3 and under to do with their caregivers.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Learn about speech development and occupational therapy for babies and toddlers. Provided by Rooted Therapies.
Baby Storytime will be held throughout the day.
First built on its current site in 2000, the Flower Mound Public Library completed a renovation in 2020. This 40,000 square foot facility includes a quiet reading area, seven study rooms, outdoor patios in the Adult and Children’s areas, and a Creation Lab.
