Join us as retired U.S. history teacher Bruce Ralston reenacts the life of First Sgt. Josiah Ballou to explain Ballou's experiences and knowledge of the Civil War. He will cover various topics ranging from camp life to the role of women and African Americans as well as everyday life during this time. This program is appropriate for ages 10 and older.
Registration is not required, but recommended.

First built on its current site in 2000, the Flower Mound Public Library completed a renovation in 2020. This 40,000 square foot facility includes a quiet reading area, seven study rooms, outdoor patios in the Adult and Children’s areas, and a Creation Lab.
