Join this foundational flow yoga session for caregivers with their non-mobile babies. Designed specifically to provide gentle movements to build body strength while emphasizing connection with baby. We'll move, breathe, & stretch together while embracing sweet coos from baby seeing you model self-care. Post partum body education will be provided along with modifications for various bodies, flexibility and comfort levels throughout.
Sessions are not restricted to moms! Nannies, grandmas, & other caregivers alike are all welcome to attend this beginner yoga session with their not-yet-walking baby.
Sessions are taught by certified mommy-and-me & postnatal yoga instructor (and fellow mom), Ms. Cat. No experience needed, connection to body & baby are the focus! Dress to allow free comfortable movement. Please bring water, & yoga mat or towel. Weather permitting, and if desired by attendees, we may conduct some sessions in a secluded outdoor space.
To keep class environment calm, this is a ticketed program. Please stop by the youth desk to pick up your free entry ticket before heading to the program room.
